Epilobium angustifolium f. album

Epilobium angustifolium f. album (Epilobium angustifolium (Rosebay willowherb))

Yayy! This was a plant from my wish-list, and I found one last year. It didn't appear until I removed the cistus, then it came up and now it's flowered. It may well spread, but that's fine by me. At the moment, it's about half the height it should be, but I'm sure it will grow well next year.

I spotted it at an open garden where they had a clump - spectacular! I was so pleased to find one - at 'The Mead'....I know you've been there. It was only a tiny plant, so I was really pleased when I saw this flower. I'm sure it needed the light that it got with the cistus gone. :-)))

It's still very small - it should be quite tall, shouldn't it?
