A nice one!

The flowers are quite small - but in a mass, they look great. :-)))

I like to plan for flowers being in bloom at this time of the year ,it extends the season as much as possible .. :o)

I absolutely agree. Have you got Aster x frikartii 'Monch'? That's a wonderful do-er and still going strong. :-)

No ! but I have Argyranthemum ' crested pink ' which really dosn't look unlike your Chrysanthemum 'Mei Kyo ' I've been so pleased with them , I have 3 they have flowered in profusion all summer long and are stll covered in blooms , they grow 12 / 18 in height ... do you have it ... ?

No...but I was upset at having to remove annual argyranthemums from the boxes, so that I could plant bulbs there. They were still flowering their socks off! How do you over-winter yours?

This is my first year with them Barbara so I haven't thought about it yet but I have taken some cuttings from them which are growing nicely in the greenhouse , maybe I should go out and take some more ( just in case ) ...

Thanks, Yorkshire.
Amy - I failed miserably with cuttings last year, so I didn't take any this time. You are so much better at cuttings than I am! :-))))

Thats kind of you to say so Barbara , I do enjoy taking cuttings , my hubby thinks I can grow anything ..LOL... so does my 10 yr. old Granddaughter she came back from Majorca with a pocket of seeds she had picked off plants for me ,saying " Granny will make them grow " .. and I have ! goodness knows what they are , probably palm trees that will go through the roof of the greenhouse ... :o))

Beautiful shape and colour!

Yes, and they're good reliable plants - but I wish they didn't flop! I really must get in and support them - with canes, I mean! LOL.
