She is a lovely lady, isn't she. She keeps on flowering and flowering, starting in June!

Thanks. Her early foliage is a lovely deep almost maroon colour, too. :-)

my sister should buy one of these, she lives in Hillingdon, !

Maybe a Christmas present from you to her, then? It's a climbing rose, by the way.

Her only bad habit is to hang her head......but I forgive her. LOL

Easily fixed for next year though!

Oooohhhhh no - she's in my island bed - all colour-coordinated. She's there because of her burgundy foliage. Her flowers? Just a tad too apricot, but OK, as they're up on an obelisk.

Oh, sounds gorgeous!

What does? The leaves?
13 Oct, 2010
Yes, the leaves and the apricot. Lady Emma Hamilton in my garden is the same...the new growth is really brownish...it's lovely!
13 Oct, 2010
I do like the combination...:-)))
13 Oct, 2010
Yes, it does - I shall have to try to restrain it a bit, as it's now off the top of the obelisk!
