I know they don't last all that long, but I do like them in containers.

They don't like lots of rain on them. They seem to shrug off the cold, though. I do agree - they're worth having for the time they last. :-)

i just brought one of these the other day. Why dont they last that long? Thats a shame tho because it is really pretty. =)

It is a shame - once the frosts arrive, they just collapse. I usually replace them with primroses, polyanthus or violas, which go on until late spring.

Just developed a taste for these plants this year, don't know why I never bothered before cos they are so pretty! I put some in pots outside but am worried now that they may not last long enough.
