Ooh Carol, that does look deep....hope your plants are all snug underneath though. Mine are all nicely packed down by someone's tiny little paws....:o(

One of my sons lives in Ashton-u-lyne and he said they had snow when they got up yesterday morning.

whereabouts does he live Carol? we come under Ashton under lyne although we are only a few yards from the Saddleworth border, mention the Royal George pub Greenfield to him and we live behind it.

Oh my goodness, PP....you've got a fair amount of snow there. We've nothing like that....maybe an inch or two at most but our roads are all clear.

Sadly I looked out this morning and my hydrangea that I bought in September has turned all black so I think it's for the chop. Very disappointed. I was going to look at my other potted plants that are tucked away in a corner but it was just too icy on the pavement to get to them. Hope I can get out there to check them all tomorrow.
