Jane, if you mean the conifer slightly above left of cousin "it" that's a variegated Microbiota decussata called 'Gold Spot', it's a ground cover plant normally, but this one is grafted onto a high stem so it should! if all goes to plan weep and cascade down to the ground ..eventually! lol
