This is a beautiful Clematis Sticki.

Is it still alive?

remains to be seen ~ every stem was covered in ice but only a week later it had little green shoots on ~ if it flowers this year it will be a miracle

Wow this looks like a cactus dahlia! Didnt know they had clematis like this.

i loved it for its colour too, i cant remember its full name but its not so different from that lovely one of yours that you are hoping to take cuttings from
this is the one that was coated in ice but now has shoots on it!

Oh I know what it is...didnt notice the purpley petal behind...its Crystal Glitters! Lovely clem.

i think it is crystal something not sure about glitters tho.

Oh Crystal Fountains...there is an Iris called Crystal Glitters

could be that - dont know now - its a nice name, i shall have to look for the label to check
