Glad you like Judywolf, been out there this morning trimming grass edge and weeding, we have a lovely day here hope you are getting some sunshine also.

It's beautiful here..bit cool in the shade ,but very warm in the sheltered areas, in fact, we are watching (what we believe to be !) a possible swarm of honey bees. Just waiting to see if they all get together so we can ring a local bee keeper to come and get em ! Fascinating !

I do love this Olive, its so attractive and looks very interesting, and as Lulu said, it makes me want to follow your paths, as I am very 'nosey' and would love to find out whats at the end of them!! :o)))

Pleased you like it Lin not nosey as you said, but interested, that is how I look at it - it was originally grass and each year (clay soil) when we walked on it it got clogged up and messy so I begged and collected old paving slabs of different shapes and sizes and when I had enough just dug out the grass and slotted them in. Didn't even put sand underneath as the clay soil sets solid (well hopefully) and just tried different patterns and different angles to give a different look. I do sometimes think I have gone overboard but it does help keep the grass intact where it stands in water in winter.

No they vanished ,was very disappointed !
