Ha..ha...no good shouting for Ian Amy, he'd be doubled over laughing! Do you know, I've been finding it really hard, not a bit like I thought..Lol!

Yes I can see Ian alright Janey , no help at all are they , I haven't forgiven Tony yet for laughing himself silly and grabbing his camera when I fell off a bike into some stinging nettles Grrrr Our bodies are not as supple as they use to be Janey don't push yourself to hard :o)
