WHen I had the large greenhouse at the other home we lived in I used to grow Coleus from seed. FOund that they grew very well and I used to plant them in the flowerbeds.

They are slow to grow but once they get growing you just wait.....I have some bedding begonias in trays that have taken weeks to grow from seed but in another week or two I shall be planting them out. They soon speed away once out in the open. I'm sure they will look wonderful in your jungle Dotty. They have so many variations in leaf colour......lovely.

Ooooh my favourite one DD, love the lime green, edging the bright red leave's, a showstopper :) £1.99 was quite expensive for a small plug, I would of still paid that for it tho, i was starting to panic that i wasn,t going to find any, hub was laughing at me when i was saying, Ive GOT to find them, the borders are ruined if i dont get them, haha..
