Don`t recognize this one but can see why you like it, its a beauty and a lovely shade, sometimes yellow can be too much, if you get my meaning, lol...

Mine came up last spring but just brown tipped leaves and no sign of flowers so planted 3 more last year and the same thing has happened.

Very nice.
Shame about yours Cinderella/Drc. Are they a bit on the tender side.

Dawn they can be very fussy, like to be planted with gravel underneath their roots.
Lincs I do yellow, orange, purple, red, blue, I used to do only green, light med dark and now I do the lot......I am more Christopher Lloyd these days!! and it works too.
Sorry you had no joy Cinders, and Drc, as I say not easy plants.

That's interesting, thanks for the info and what they like Dotty. I like bright colours too, that's what summer is a about.

Simbad we had the orange first of all but they never came back, would like to try some different colours next time.
Your welcome Dawn....

It is interesting to know about the gravel under the bulbs. I have just bought 2 stenophylla and was wondering how to keep them as previous attempt failed.

Well you can only try, they are very hit and miss.
