aw bless..we have a couple come occasionally..but the creamy coloured ones..I have been trying to get a decent pic,but not managed it yet !

Collared Doves have been recorded nesting in every month of the year. No wonder they have been so successful since arriving here in the early seventies - love makes the world go round eh? :-)

Thanks Sandra and Muddy they are really very regular visitors now 3 times a day and just come to me when I call their name, I was workibg on the front garden today they are ebven following round to the front now [its a bit like being stalked lol]

Brilliant! You clearly spoil your birds Carole . . lol. But then they obviously appreciate it. It's nice to have interaction with your wildlife isn't it? :-)

Its lovely they are getting so close to you.

They are getting very territorial regarding my garden, seeing off Magpies, Jackdaws and Pigeons lol

Lol Sandra I dont know about Minders Sandra they are bossing me around as soon as they appear I feel that I have got to feed them, talk about under the thumb [ claws in this case] lol

Well they do sit at the garden table so guess it wont be long for before they move indoors lol
