This picture was taken in the cold early spring..I have pics of it mature with seeds (beautiful blue).It's on a question I submitted to try to find out what it was! (and come to think of it...it's on my other garden page) From what I've read, Resi, the blue is a totally different specie from the black cohosh. It is the black which is good for hot flashes and other related ailments. Now you've got me thinking...will have a look and see what there is about that on the web.

now i know what Blue Cohosh looks like, what a lvly combination of colours and shapes?? subtle
but any good for hot flushes tough??? lol
