Blooming Begonia

My Begonia is almost in constant bloom...however, this time of year it blooms the most. Photo taken July 10, 2011.

That's funny you say this is tall. :>)
To me, these seem so small. When you see cane begonias almost 30ft/9m tall....that's tall. In Central California along the coast in Santa Cruz and Monterey, these cane begonias grow this tall. They're an amazing sight!

This Begonia is different from our regular Begonias.
Our Begonias are compact, or trailing. I've not personally seen this variety here, but there may be some.... ;o)

There's so many different types of Begonia. There's cane, shrubby, fibrous, and tuberous. The cane and shrubby types are very popular here in CA. They bloom for a long time and are pretty easy to grow.

WHat a lovely bush type begonia. Not seen one like it here. I like begonias and plant them in the flowerbeds.
