Unknown shrub, not sure what it is but I really like it. It has clusters of small lavender color flowers in the spring.

I took a look and believe that could be the shrub, if so it's beautiful, and a rhodo in between it and a spirea in this bed would be a massive burst of colour in the spring.
It's hasn't bloomed large flowers like the pictures show, but it is also badly choked out by heather, wild berries, and grass, and once dug out and pruned should be amazing.
