Just started a gragon fly but mosaicing is hurting my shoulders, so is gardening and housework, am very peeeeeeeeeeeeeeed off about it. I need an xray and a cortizone.

I have osteo arthritis in my back it helps! And arthritis in mt wirsts too :( Wet weather makes it worse!

or have a rest. Are you standing or sitting when you do this? I notice that when i used to pot stuff up my back would get very stressed so doing on a table helps alot and by having all at table level is best

Very true, table almost at chest level would help.
