Fantastic Pic Chris :) Dont the Horned Water Snail eat your Pond Plants?

The snails seem to leave the lilies alone. They may eat other plants. I had a water lettuce which got eaten. They may also have eaten the water buttercups that we had, unless these only have a short season. I'm not sure. We have thousands of snails, they just appear. We also have very interesting noisy frogs that laugh or quack like a duck. They must be peculiar to this part of the world.

Thnks for all your kind words. I think we gardeners like it when the wildlife gets in our pics even if it is only a snail. Of course this was unintentional, I did not see the snail till I looked at the picture on the computer.
