It is very bitter. But marmelade is perfect and I never found moulds on it.

Wonderful. Thank you! I remember last year it took me a lot of time to find recipe for true marmelade, as we traditionally make jams here.

Yorkshire, we can't get Saville Oranges here, so I use, Navel Oranges, and lemon peel, and make a lovely thick cut Marmalade...with a bite from the Lemon...luverly...
