LOVE Lulu's mosaic so much, have tried to create one myself. Will have to get tips as once the plaster was added.....yuck. This was before plaster.

I poured plaster of paris over it and apparently it was too wet. Most of the glass ended up floating around. Will try again over the next few days. Again, it is bc I sooooo love your work. Obviously I cannot replicate your talent but would like something 10% as beautiful as yours that I can say, "I did that". :)

I was a bit worried when you said plaster!! I buy grey or white gout power and mix that with water until like toothpaste. I wear light rubber gardening gloves and rub it into the cracks (it can burn the skin grout) I wipe any excess off with my fingers and then wait till dry.
Good luck! It is a learning process.................

!!!!! What happened with the grouting!!?
They always look different after grouting...it stops some of the light and sometimes looks too broken. That's why I often piant the grout!
10/10 for trying and as they say, never give up!
