It's actually wrapped around a trellis like thing, I think thats what it is, can't remember the name Plant.

Heavenly Blue Morning Glories! Love them! I remember my mom planting them when I was very small...and they seemed like Jack's beanstalk to me...they went right to the clouds...(about 8 ft. up a string trellis!)
