Can you see the hellebore on the right of the path...it is in full bloom! I think there is as much colour in my garden now as there has been all year, thanks to the roses.

I wonder what will happen with the hellebores in the spring - will they still flower as well or will they be all mixed up?

Another lovely view that makes your garden look big Karen. I saw some Hellebores in flower at a local Gc last week.

I have just been thinking about when we first moved in Annie, and I used to get a surprise every time I walked the length of it because in the old garden it wasn't a walk at all, but here you actually had to move your body to get from one end to the other! I was also reminiscing about how wonderful I found it being here away from the city and the night time calls of the Oyster Catchers, the sound of the sea a whole mile away, the day that two swans flew over me and scared me because their wings made such a loud noise, and ducks too, and just waking up to dead silence instead of buses going up the avenue in Dundee.....happy days!

It's very quiet where I live now, not looking forward to moving :o((

You will find another quiet place. I just had to put on some music as I've woken up to yet another morning of boom boom from the neighbours. It's starting to get really upsetting now. I almost hope the weather gets bad so she has to shut her door and take her noise indoors!

Yes M. It was full of tomatoes, but now it's full of over-wintering cuttings and young plants etc. The tomatoes just weren't ripening, and one that did ripen tasted horrid, so they went the way of the compost bin I'm afraid.

It gets better and better Karen well done you...:)))
