If we went it would be Gran Canaria Sticki - if it was up to me probably Taupo in NZ, but that's too far for Sue.......
Thank you Milky!

I had a feeling it would be antipodean for you!
You would be able to grow anything you wanted there wouldn't you?

NZ, like Australia, has very strict controls over what organic matter you can bring into the country. So it would probably be harder. This would be hardy there though.............

Outrageous is the right word for it! That is the strangest but most attractive plant I have seen! What an incredible plant!
It's a bit like something in a traditional tale that the king commands the subject to fetch as a nearly impossible challenge!

Used to tell a joke about that scenario - it lasted 10/15 minutes and the punch line wasn't funny (which was the joke).

are you ronny corbett in disguise???
10 Oct, 2011
God.........I hope not!
Wish I could bake bread like him though!
10 Oct, 2011
does he bake bread?????
i hope not too ~ but he did tell long 'jokes' that i never thought were funny!!!!!!
10 Oct, 2011
He's a dab hand baker apparently, but Ronnie Barker was the funny one.
My "joke" was funny, but only for me!
10 Oct, 2011
yes i liked ronnie barker ~ particularly in porridge!!
is it still a joke if its only funny for you??
suppose its not worth you putting it on here if we wouldnt find it funny??
10 Oct, 2011
The joke was on them for listening!
It would take to long to type up..........
10 Oct, 2011
had a feeling you might say that ~ be a bit like the joke being reversed on you ~ taking all that time to type it out!
10 Oct, 2011
But then it wouldn't be funny!
10 Oct, 2011
not for you but it might be for me.
10 Oct, 2011
