How invasive is this Motinot? I've had some appear in the garden growing in the hedge and a couple of seedlings are coming along nicely in the border.
Sheilar...if I can get these seedling to a reasonable size I can give you one if you want

They look lovely, never had one of those. What pretty leaves.

Not at all invasive Scottish...It needs something to grow up, like a dark green hedge....Would like your Scottish weather and my Irish weather, plenty of rain fall and shaded roots...:>)

Thanks Scottish, but I've no room anywhere at the moment. Maybe next year?

Yowza! Great result - I've heard that they can be a little tempermental about blooming.

Thanks Motinot....I have one growing through the front hedge, dont know where it came from, but I don't want to disturb it as the flowers look good.
I will nurture the other few in the borders til they are big enough to dig up and put into pots.

Each Spring as they start to emerge, i go around with my little pots of compost and a spoon and lift little seedlings...My brother is always after them...If it likes its position it will flourish, but you're right Meanie, it can be temperamental...This is a perennial Bloomer and for me has come through the roughest Winters....You can grow it through any plant you like, i suppose...I think it looks best growing through the darkest green you have...:>)

These are lovely Moti, at first I didn't realise they were nasturtiums, have yours got an unusual leaf Moti?
