How will you mount this? how about on glass with a bit of light behind, or light coloured leaves, maybe acer or a light bit of grainy wood.

It's going to sit there until I think of something!! A door with a key and a lock in front is a good idea!

A door of delicate limed oak maybe..silver grey..

Maybe the whole piece of glass could be behind a door so when the door is opened this what you see. Door could be oval shaped in square frame, the entrance then to your secret garden. Wonderful poem Lu.

Thanks girls. Yep, a door is in my mind. Might take a trip to wotnot (2nd hand stuff) And find a small old lock with a key! Something garden/flowers needs to be behind the poem.............thanks for your imput into this delicate matter!

If there was a mirror on the wall and a door with the poem on the inside, so when you opened the door halfway you could see the poem reflecting from the inside of the door on to the mirror but also the garden. There could be a notice on the front of the door saying secret garden within.

Lost me there a bit! where does the mirror go? Opposite? Still sketching!

I think a mirror behind the writing would be interesting with painted garden bits at the edges of the poem. A door over it and mosaiced wall either side of the door, so it's long instead of high......?
