Oh wow!!
Which one is this Grandmage?

29 Oct, 2011

Thanks folks, this is a plant that you can put out during the summer but bring in for winter, my sister in law gave it to me and told me to treat it mean! I do and she was right, ignore it and this it what you get! Meanie I named the plant in the heading! Its really hard to say!

I got that - I already have two, but I want one of these too!

Mine are in the link below.............

Yours could be the 'Lobbianus', and think mine is the 'Speciosus', maybe I could send you a cutting? That wont be til May-June, so the book tells me!! You might have to remind me!!

The "Mona Lisa" is a hybrid, probably with A.obicans as one of the parents.
A.marmoratus is one of the species.

Check the link below for pics of the species....................

Yes I'd love a cutting! Could swap for a cutting of either of mine, or I have some baby Dendrobium orchids coming along as in the link below.............

Great info. there Meanie, I am a little confused but mine could be 'Rigel' a hybrid with A.Speciosus:A.Hilderbrandii as you said!! Clever you.
There is no need to do a swap, but many thanks for the offer, I have cut down on indoor plants to tell the truth, less worry then! But I am more than happy to send you a cutting next season. I do love your Dendro's, beautiful.

Thank you so much!
Could I interest you in one of these as a swap?

I love that Lobelia Meanie! are these hardy in our gardens? I somehow think not!

30 Oct, 2011

They're borderline hardy Grandmage - they should be strong enough next year to take a chance on if you would like one.

31 Oct, 2011

Well that would be fantastic, thanks Meanie. If we both remember 'next year' then we can do a swap!! Lol

31 Oct, 2011

It's a plan!

31 Oct, 2011

What is Meanie? Lol.......... only joking!!

31 Oct, 2011

It's a flawed one - it's relying on my memory!

31 Oct, 2011
