Coconut rice and shrimps....wow! I like crayfish tails better, but shrimps would do nicely! Now I'm getting all excited about my next holiday!!

What size do they have to be before you can start eating them, Delonix? I have to get them off the trees before they become dangerous!

That looks like the perfect size. I'm sure the native people drink the young coconut milk. The young coconut meat is very soft and really good! I wouldn't recommend eating too much, even though it's very good. Eating too much works like a laxative. Yikes!!! LOL! :>)
