Not sure but I think this is an Owlet moth Karen...Bampy may Know.

It could be, Pimpernel... :)

It was quite big - about 3'' wingspan... Eventually, it was exhausted and I was able to put it back outside. :)

Esther says that a butterfly in the house is a good omen...that a stranger is coming...

Interesting to know the butterfly indoors is a good omen... I wonder if the same applies to moths ...
