Well Poppy, I like to think that I am kind and sensitive but try to mask the sensitivity with humour. Defence mechanism I have been told :\
If I can make someone smile, it's all good! But when I can't, it often goes horribly wrong.....

I changed my 'borrowed' avatar back Pimp. Copy right infringement and all that, plus I've come to realize it's important to see that we are communicating with people.
