I like this time of year when it is so tidy, but so look forward to lots of colour. You know I am a colour freak lol.

Yes, well at this time of year I think we are all craving colour, but the thing I am most desperate for is 'leaves' !!

They will soon be out, by the time you get back off your hols the garden will have started to sprut leaves, fingers crossed. Have a good holiday.

Thanks. I have been out in the warm sunshine today planting things in the ground that were in the greenhouse...thinking they have more chance of surviving a frost than a baking! A bit early to plant out sweet peas, but i've done it before in march and got away with it. They are supposed to be hardy anyway. Also planted a whole lot of seedlings of Aquilegia that I grew from the seed of that lovely pale pink double you sent me...hoping for some true to their parent...lovely glaucous leaves which always bodes well for pink flowers! I've recently sent my 'spares' to some other Goy friends, so they will hopefully get some too! Then your aquilegia will be all over the UK!

I have seen a trike also, was tempted but the price was so high. I keep moving the bicycle around to give it a different look in the garden. Glad you like it Rose.
