Yes , cabin fever can bring on the urge to cook .
I remember making bread on such days , and dying all the sheets a strange shade of orange once !

It's ages since I made buns,Homebird...seem to always make bigger cakes these days...I had to find something positive to do today too.gave the kitchen a good clean..and tops of cupboards...had my Shania Twain CD's belting out..so soon whizzed through it all,to music Lol.

My OH likes the radio,Homebird,so I only get to play my CD's in the kitchen....loudly ! ..I like a variety of music..depends on my mood.:o)..and I agree about the jobs..good to feel the satisfaction :o)

Lovely...OH is on a bake day today, so I stay well away from the Kitchen, he's making Hot Cross Buns, Tarte Tatin, and Victoria Sponge, yummy..

Hi all Happy Easter....

OH took over the cooking and baking when I was poorly for so long, and carried on, he enjoys it and he also experiments, and I find lots of different recipes for him to try...So yes I am lucky I think...

As for Music, he's still into his heavy Rock, though we have got a wide selection of Music CD's so headphones are the answer...:o))
