All weeded and fed :-), trouble is I have 6 new ones that arrived yesterday from Pollies and 8 from last autumn, waiting to be planted, another extension I think :-).
A new arch to plant too, bargain from B&Q.

Crikey thats early DD, although a friend I chat to on here had a new plant delivered with buds on, no sign of any here yet, I'm quite jealous now :-))

Can't remember which ones I sent you DD, did I send 'Inner View'? as thats an early flowerer, although none of mine usually start till early June, bit milder with you though, I'll look out for your picture when it opens :-)

Hi Simbad
Very impresive bed !!! is this the one that you keep pinching the grass to put more in ??
Size of those clumps you will need a guard soon £££,
if you see a Gnome sneeking round be kind lol .
I see what you mean about some of the varieties so slow to bulk up , Lurch has doubled in size since last year and Desert Iccicle still the one fan so hopfully that will decide to throw up some more so they wont be getting split for years by the look of it
Baracuda Bay has 4 fans now so I hope I get a flower or two this year , exitiing year for me as well cant wait the camera is all ready I have given mine a seaweed feed and they looked a lot greener 4 days later.
NEWS FLASH i have JellyFish Jelousy , I do love a swap , pinck enchilada will be on its way Monday I was looking at the American sites still selling for $30.00 plus it said that it takes a while to settle in so just so we know but its a stunner with a 9 inch bloom !!!
So thats 3 of us all happy
must make a list (next job)

Thanks Gnarly:-) yes this is the ever extending daylily bed, need yet another extension aaargh, I must write 100 lines 'I must not buy anymore daylilies',lol, yes some are really slow and others just multiply like triffids, and its always the ones you could sell 100 times(to buy more) on ebay that are slow to increase.
The seaweed food works a treat doesn't it.
The Pink Enchilada you sent me is growing well, wonder who'll get flowers first, I might give mine extra special treatment so it flowers first, secret potion, lol.
I've got to move a few round to make room for the newbies, so when I get round to it I should have a few divisions.

I know I should talk about dailily bed, but I must speak about something else. Your grass is just breathtaking...
15 Apr, 2012
Thankyou Katarina, I can't take credit for the grass though thats my husbands domain, he's even bought a new mower recently as he likes to put stripes in when he's mowing and the old one didn't do a good enough job, lol, suppose I'd better not dig too much more up or he'll have nothing left to cut :-))
