Yes she did Yorkshire and it does taste wonderful, have put it away until weekend now, looking at it is too tempting lol

What a kind thought and a gorgeous cake.....very rich too....although it should keep fresh if it's a fruit cake. Marzipan....yummie!!!!!

Thanks HB my neighbour is a fantastic cake maker, there is only a third of the cake left now lol but we have enjoyed it even though we both have probably put on a couple of pounds ;0))

You have to have a treat now and again, even if it does put on a few pounds. When we were in Guernsey, I always went for the puddings if they were CHOCOLATE!!!! especially the torte with Guernsey Ice cream.

I can't resist Choclate either especially with Guernsey ice cream lol

can't buy the ice cream here.
