I planted this as a tiny cutting last Autumn , when it first started appearing in March I thought it was Aqueliega as the leaves are very similar, but I am so pleased to see my old friend Thalictrum which we had at our cottage many years ago;0)

The stems are gorgeous , Oh Good I am pleased about the Astrantia Carole , I dug a clump up last year to move it to a different spot and do you know I must have left some behind because it's growing again where it was previously ...

I love this plant Carole but mine has yet to make an appearance, begining to think its gone altogether.

Oh I do Hope not Stroller! They are a lovely plant, this brings back very special memories for us of a loved one no longer with us, so I especially pleased to seei thriving ;0))
