Motinot
They appear hardy, they went through the last two hard winters without a problem, most I have in pots in a shaded frame a further two are planted out under the large green bush Maple they are happy, I posted picture of it Saturday there it takes some overflow from the pond which provides the extra moisture they like. One further one is planted in a trough ,that is not happy to exposed will have to move it.Which ones have you received ? the singles set seed quite readily but will take several years to flower.

I think my 'box' will have to be converted into two coldframes - one of which will be dedicated to all these beautiful alpines you keep showing me Brian. They are so beautiful, I love your collection.
