Polystichum setiferum 'Herrenhausen'

Polystichum setiferum 'Herrenhausen' (Polystichum setiferum (Soft shield fern))

Used my ferns around the pond, then realised I didn't like the heuchera garden without ferns, so had to buy more ferns! lol....from no ferns to about 20 ferns in a year! Who says I don't like ferns? ;)

Hmm...just looked up the holly fern...very beautiful! Will keep an eye open for that. In fact I may go to the nursery today. I want to get a Laburnum tree! :))

A Laburnum, keep the pods away from little ones, our daughter ate some of the seeds when she was about 3 and had to have her stomach pumped!! and spent the night in hospital. Are you going to make a Laburnum walk?

DD...I don't know if it will be a laburnum walk, but it is planted on the arches. That's the idea, but it will have to compete with all the other climbers. Hopefully the front arch will be nicely clothed though!

OK Rose...have replied to your message :))
