I have two in the garden at the moment but they fly off before I manage to snap them. I saw the first swallows yesterday swooping over a nearby field but they are gone today so they were not ours.
I do hope you have babies because she/he is catching food. You will need to open as a bird reserve.

Brilliant Gill ! We have been away this last week and were fascinated by a pair of Thrushes that always came to poke about for grubs on the same area of lawn each day ........

Hope that Jackdaw isn't watching where the Thrush is going with that food Gee. He/she looks very wary and watchful. Good shot in that pose.

She sat there was about 5 minutes, Dorjac, until the coast was clear. I didn't see where she headed for.
