My husband whistles to the blackbirds in our garden and the conversation goes on for ages. The bluetits are always fun to watch. We also have a robin who follows me round the garden. Tonight I was watching the sparrows which is a treat as they seem to be in decline. But like you Sandra I think the finches are just lovely.

We have a chaffinch Sandra they are lovely little birds. Just been on holiday to Scotland and one of the places that we ate at we had a chaffinch and robin on the table eating up the crumbs.

We went past Loch Lomond a lot last week. We stayed at Loch Long at Arrowchat. Went up part of Ben Nevis by cable car. Visited Edinburgh, Oban Isle of Seals, Aran, and other places along the routes. Hope you have a fab time and the weather stays good for you. Don't forget to take the midge spray. I use lavender perfume and soap to help keep them away.
