It certainly would Sticki - until I looked at the pictures again tonight I hadn't realised just how much colour was out in the borders. It is so full of colour, I am so lucky to have the garden, I was only saying to one of my daughters the other day it is about the only job I have never been bored with doing. Gardening I could stay out there 24/7. lol think my oh thinks I am out there 24/7 lol.

No it doesn't the only thing is when I get out there I don't want to come in and then the old bones tell me the next day I have done too much in one go. lol.

Hot tub ;) works wonder when I've overdone it. I suppose hot bath would be almost as good but only with at least one glass of wine!

Wonderful! I love the vivid splash of color in the poppies .... Well I think they are poppies.

Dwyllis the ones in the foreground (orange) are poppies the dark red flower is a red rhodedendron. I love colour in the garden anything goes in my borders as long as it has lots of colour. It changes with the seasons it never fails to amaze me how it does change and how much growth this border puts on through the summer it looks totally different at this time of year. The only thing I do not look forward to is the big clear up when the plants die back and how much clearing up of leaves there is to come when the trees drop their leaves. After saying that it is always amazing in spring when there is new growth so you see each season has its own jewels and brings along a different challenge. So glad you enjoyed looking in :O)
