These Lemon-scented Gums tower over any trees in the area. They grow to 150ft/46m tall. Photo taken at the Marston House next to Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. on May 28, 2012.

During strong Santa Ana Winds huge branches break off these trees and destroy property. They can be very dangerous like many other species of Eucalyptus.

Yes, I know it's a Queensland native. I'd love to seem them in their native habitat one day!
This tree needs to be thinned out drastically because the branches are very susceptible to wind damage.
