Beautiful rose. We used to have one till it got old & decrepit & past it's sell-by date!! Bit like me!! ;)
Seeing your pic makes me want to get another. I seem to remember it had a good fragrance.
Quite like a tot of it's namesake as well!!

It is indeed SW. I first had it in the eighties and 2-3 years ago got it again. Yes it is highly scented.

Shall have to go out & look for one again I think!
I wonder of you or anyone else has bought the Diamond Jubilee rose? I keep seeing it advertised & think I might like to get it if it has a good smell!!

Not that I know of but the Diamond Jubilee Rose is a repeater with a lovely yellow colour the scent is said to be 6/10

that's some help towards it! 6/10 is not too bad - could be better - as they say!!
I shall have to try & find one in bloom in a garden centre or somewhere & have a good sniff.
