Would be lovely to just sit and take it all in, but it's far too cold. Still, a good day forecast for Saturday and if it is....I shall be out there!

Thank you pimps...I am ever so pleased with it. :D Just in the very foreground you can see the leaves of a Sambucus 'Black Lace'. I planted that in place of a Cornus Florida I had there which was looking really awful. I think the last two winters finished it off, poor thing. Sad, but at least I won't have to water the sambucus in!

Did you plant snowdrops crocus and squill on the seat..? would be a chintz armchair in spring.
I would be very happy if this bit was my garden. I would need room for my cotinus is all. :))

Unbelievable only a few months old, well done to you, an excellent feature in your already stunning garden. Has been muggy here and damp, expecting rain etc any time!!

B's mum...not warm here..not too bad, but I still walked the dog in a fleece-lined waterproof!
PP and Michaella...yes, the rain came in useful for some things! ;)
Dawn....I could cope with a 'muggy' day now...sick of feeling cold.
Thank you Melchi..you are very kind, I'm so happy that you like the garden :)
Pimps, I didn't but you know, there is still time to get some in in the autumn isn't there! :) What is squill? is that another name for those lovely little chionodoxas? I like them!
Thank you stroller, DD and Pixi...it is lovely to look out at from the conservatory...even in the rain...there is plenty of colour out there now.
