my poor postman was half drowned today!!

We only had one downpour early on in the day other than that it has been quite bright. I has been humid though, I was waiting for thunder..but none :(

Terrible for the poor folk who had flash floods . . . while we gasped in 28 degrees and wished we were in the pool! Used 12 watering cans this evening too :((

Good shot! We have had rain most of the day with thunder and lightning around 6 o'clock

Last time I was in a downpour like that my mobile phone fused because my shirt pocket filled with water!!

No...It's not their equiptment, but we need them to phone for our next bags or to report incidents...By rights they should supply them but they will not.

No..One of my managers even tells you off if you have it switched off or refuse to answer it. So tell me why we are not supplied with them?

Not a lot they can do really...some pretend they don't have them. I think it would only take an accident or incident not being reported quickly enough like the mail being stolen to draw attention to the matter.
