Oh my goodness! That's bad! Very grey here and cold, but no rain as yet.

It's dry but chilly here today, the weekend was awful though. I hope it eases up a bit for you soon Val x

i like that stone paving yorks! i have to sweep my garage out too.

if you could see the real color you would like it Sticki, at the moment its green and mud

not much better here, but thats partly because of the shade from trees that dont belong to us!

we had sun this morning for a while San but its just pouring down still

:o((( not staying away long enough to make a difference though im sure. cant believe these summers are getting worse, think Dee has the right idea growing all coloured leaf plants rather than flowers in summer now.

our garden has never looked like this San, its heartbreaking to look at the mess out there,

Val, it's poured down with me too. Not surprising though as we are in the same area. Chin up girl (well that's what I'm saying to myself). Not even my hanging baskets have survived - well 2 are ok and 2 are just wiped out. Big hugs. Jxx

sorry to hear about your hanging baskets, I am very lucky there, I have seven full of big begonias and they are thriving, everything else is mud,

For me, it's been the sheer driving force of the rain that's caused a lot of the damage, and the continual wet is causing rot, which is really soul destroying. Can't dry any thing out for more than 5 minutes. Jx

I'm feeling it with you Yorkshire....half my garden is under at least 6 inches of water and it's started raining again!!!!
I just keep telling myself - it could be worse!!

Even I who likes rain, am fed up with it now :o(

When it does end, we must all go out there and enjoy it while we can!!!

We had a bbq last week......., truly....we were in Sw Scotland, Galloway but it was after days of rain we had 2 lovely days interestingly much better at the coast than only a few miles inland

Raining here now, came back to local river burst its bank with local roads under water 3 villages use one road to cross the river or a long detour lovely... :0(

i think summers well and truly had it now
