It was new today Ph I bought 4 plants from Pensthorpe ,they had them growing in their Millennium garden and were selling them in their plant shop ... I have looked them up and it says that you should protect them in the winter !

That is lovely,Amy...last year I asked a question about a similar one,with a pic,of one in my neighbours garden..as we didn't know it's name..but no one was really sure if it was an Agastache....his has come through a few winters now,no problem..but is in a sheltered border near the house....

Thanks everyone ,that's good news Sandra I will cover mine with something to be on the safe side , Pensthorpe is only a few miles from us Pp ..Richard , why did I put Ph last time ? sorry ! It's well worth a visit if you are in the area especially on such a lovely sunny day as yesterday
