pachyphytum is great Sandra. it forms a lovely cluster and pops a up a pretty flower.

So you've propagated them from a single whole leaf?

yes Meanie..lots of succulents propagate like this...i'm always amazed by it..

i find interlopers growing in other plants all the time Hywel..lol

How interesting! This happens here all the time leaves fall from succulents...they always germinate. I think that's why we so many large jade plants along the freeways and canyons.
