The garden began to glow when the poppies really got going. Those long sunny mornings that this garden received where beautiful, the new house is much more wooded.

I'll miss the sun, Grandmage, but the new location has some spots, and much more area, so I can really expand if I want. I'll miss all those perfectly peaceful moments that an established garden brings. The new spot is so peaceful and private that the woods already offers that peace, I just get to beautify it. :-)

Thank you. I'm so very excited. Lots of work, but I am going from woods to garden again, very fulfilling. Looks like winter will be early this year, good for moving the plants right now, so I'll have lots of time to post once it has cooled down. :-)

I know Sandra, me too. Every morning I go down to water what remains, and the sun is blazing and everything smiling.......bees and birds.
Here it is all dappled and quiet, much more gentle a space, and wooded. I cleared a front garden already, just bringing things in one by one. I'll probably post some pics then collect them into a blog. Probably best for my time. :-)
