I read the highest official recorded temp in London, England is only 35.9C (96.6F) back in August of 2003. That's incredibly low!

I thought downtown (the official weather recording station) San Diego had one of the lowest highest temp ever recorded. It's located right on the bay. The highest official temp recorded in downtown SD is 111 °F (44 °C).
