Winter pot

Bought a tray of 6 little winter shrubs in a well known DIY store for £6. Here's half of them.....
Gaultheria procumbens, Skimmia and bonnie purple heather! (don't worry I won't burst into song).
The Choisya and Ivy were doing very little elsewhere. I've under planted with some dwarf narcissus bulbs picked up from another supermarket.
Nice winter colour for under £8. I'm quite pleased.

I usually put them away for winter Sticki they are very fragile - it gets a wee bit windy where they usually live. Not so windy here so should be able to stay out for a wee while longer.

Paul - winter doesn't bother me too much. I work outside all night long - so very used to the freezing cold. I love the snow. Nice to see you on again xx

Really pretty. I so like putting together one or two pots for the winter.
The ones in your pot are ideal aren't they?

I like that arrangement Scottish and I put little glass (and other ornaments) in the pots as well. I especially like little birdies.
