Used to grow this one a long time ago, if I remember it used to drip all over the windowsill....have I got the right one? it was a beautiful plant though.

They're so sweet-smelling. When I was at Disneyland last month there was a faux wall with large ones on it. The whole area smelled very sweet.

Yes, it's because it full of fragrant sap...which is almost like honey. It looks like Karo syrup, though.

Looks like a cultural thing. We have a soft drink over here called Dandelion and Burdock - never seen it abroad, getting rarer over here. Very much an acquired taste.

How interesting! I've never heard of it before. I read it's something like Sarsaparilla...which is what the cowboys used to drink. It's not too available for sale much, either.
