Loofah plant taking over the Oleander shrub

I find these photos fascinating, as I had no idea they grew like this.

I was amazed when I received my first sponge and told it grew from a vine!

The plant with the sponges can get so heavy....it will probably take down the Oleander for me. ;o)))

I can imagine, especially with all the fruit.
